Hi! I’m Katrina!
Solo mum of two, founder of Hart and Soul Retreat and a passionate advocate for women to embrace change.
The Fierce Love Challenge emerged from my own journey of learning to navigate the early years of parenthood, recovering from not one, but two breast cancer diagnoses, and then grappling with the profound grief that accompanied the very sudden and unexpected death of my husband.
From these experiences, I discovered the vital importance of loving myself fiercely and prioritising my needs.
I know what it feels like to feel trapped by responsibility and routine and feeling like you have no choice.
I also know what it feels like to be paralysed by fear and worry, not knowing which step to take next.
As I embarked on my own fierce love journey as a solo mum, I was able to calm my nervous system, find incredible joy, and appreciate the true beauty of life, while also being the anchor my kids needed.
This course is a culmination of the insights I’ve gained and lessons I’ve learnt over the past decade, forged through challenges, intense pain, fear and doubt, and how I was able to navigate some of the most difficult seasons of my life.
