Welcome Home

A return to Bali. A return to yourself.

Your first retreat may have ended when you flew home from Bali, but your journey certainly didn’t.

Life kept unfolding.

You changed. You grew. You made brave decisions.

And life may have tested you again, in ways you didn’t want or expect.

Because it’s not about creating a life without challenges. It’s about building a deeper relationship with yourself, so whatever life brings, you know how to keep coming back to yourself again and again.

To find stillness within the noise. To trust yourself through the uncertainty. And to allow yourself to be loved and supported along the way.

This is your invitation to come back.

Not to repeat your first retreat.
But to meet yourself exactly where you are now.

To deepen what you’ve discovered and strengthen the practices that bring you back to yourself.

And most importantly, to make more space for joy, lightness and possibility.

Welcome to your Homecoming Retreat.

Your Journey Continues

Your first retreat opened the door.

Homecoming is about what comes next.

You’ve already done so much of the deep work.

You’ve released, grown, changed and discovered parts of yourself you may have forgotten were there.

But transformation isn’t just about what happens during one extraordinary week in Bali.

It’s about how you live differently because of it.

Homecoming is an opportunity to return to that deeper connection with yourself.  To meet the woman you are now and discover the woman you’re becoming.

To deepen your spiritual connection. To trust your intuition. To reconnect with your body. To explore the beliefs that may still be holding you back and create space for more joy, lightness and possibility in the life you’re creating.

There will still be moments that move you deeply.

But there will also be laughter, beautiful conversations, rest, play, soul nourishing food, new experiences and space to simply enjoy being alive.

This time, we’re not only asking “What am I ready to let go of?”

We’re asking, “Who am I ready to become?”

I’ve Found Our New Home in Bali

Nestled in a small village north of Canggu, surrounded by vibrant green rice fields and just minutes from Bali’s black sand coastline, you’ll find Shanti.

A few months ago, I spent three nights at Shanti because I wanted to experience the retreat for myself before I would consider bringing anyone here.

During my stay I felt genuinely cared for. I had space to feel, reflect and reconnect with myself and I discovered things about myself I hadn’t expected.

And somewhere between the stillness and the beautiful experiences, I just knew…

This is where I want to welcome you home.

Shanti feels intimate rather than resort-like. There are peaceful gardens, beautiful spaces to gather and quiet corners to disappear into with a journal or a book.

It’s the kind of place where mornings can start slowly with a tea or a coffee, conversations linger, afternoons can be spent by the pool, and then the joy of witnessing the most amazing sunsets.

A place to reconnect. To exhale. And to simply be.

A Glimpse Into Your Week

This time we’re going deeper in a different way.

You’ll have the option to revisit some of the experiences that made your first retreat so powerful, alongside completely new experiences designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned, reconnect with your body and intuition, deepen your spiritual practice, and create more joy and lightness in the way you live each day.

There will be depth.

But there will also be space to rest, connect, be pampered, laugh, play and remind yourself just how magical and mystical this life really is.

A Woman Doing Wellness

Working with Traditional Healers

Reconnect with some of the healers who made your first retreat so powerful, while experiencing new forms of traditional Balinese healing. This time you arrive with new questions, new awareness and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Sacred Balinese Ceremonies

Return to the sacred waters of Bali with a private cleansing ceremony at Beji Griya, where we’ll have the temple all to ourselves. We’ll also create new rituals together, including a beautiful sunset ceremony on the beach.

Specialist Spa & Body Treatments

Caring for your physical body is an important part of Homecoming. Alongside traditional Balinese massage, choose from specialist treatments such as lymphatic drainage and nourishing facial treatments.

Health & Wellbeing

As well as nourishing our bodies with delicious food, we’ll explore women’s health and midlife wellbeing, to help you better understand your changing body and how to support yourself through this next chapter.

Two people participate in a candlelit meditation session; one person sits cross-legged, and the other lies on a mat with a cushion under their head. Pillows, flowers, and candles are on the ground.

Daily Meditation & Spiritual Practices

We’ll return to the practices that helped you reconnect with yourself the first time. Meditation, reflection and journaling, and exploring how to deepen those practices and carry them into everyday life. It’s less about escaping the noise and more about learning how to find stillness within it.

Movement & Embodiment

Through Yin Yoga, Fascia Release, Breathwork and Intuitive Movement, we’ll explore what it feels like to get out of our heads and back into our bodies. Not to change our body. To listen to it. Trust it. And feel at home within it. A powerful opportunity to experience yourself rather than analyse yourself.

Connection & Sisterhood

Over the week, you’ll reconnect with friends from your past retreat, while also making new connections.  There’ll be laughter, stories, tears, shared meals, honest conversations and the beautiful reminder that we were never meant to navigate this crazy life alone.

A retreat isn’t where transformation ends. It’s where a new way of living begins.

Your Room For The Week

Whether you’d love to share the experience with another retreat sister or have your own private sanctuary to retreat to, there are three beautiful accommodation options to choose from.

A serene room with two beds, bamboo chairs, and a table, opens to a lush garden outside. A woman in traditional attire stands by the window, holding an umbrella.

Twin Share Room

Share the experience with another retreat sister in a beautiful twin room overlooking Shanti’s gardens and shared pool. With air-conditioning and a spacious indoor/outdoor bathroom, you’ll have everything you need to rest and recharge between our days together.

A serene bedroom with a large bed, sheer curtains, and a balcony overlooking lush greenery. A wicker chair and a desk with a view of the outdoors are visible.

Private King Room

If you’d prefer you own space, the private king rooms offer a peaceful sanctuary to retreat to at the end of each day. With a king-size bed, air-conditioning and an indoor/outdoor bathroom, you’ll have your own beautiful space to rest, reflect and simply be.

A cozy living room with a red sofa, wooden furniture, and large windows offering a view of a lush forest. Natural light illuminates the room, highlighting the window bench and desk.

Private Pool Villa

For those wanting a little more privacy, the two private pool villas offer your own peaceful sanctuary just across the road from the main retreat. With a king-size bed, indoor bathroom, private pool and outdoor living area, you’ll have plenty of space to rest, reflect and enjoy a little slice of Bali all to yourself.

You came to Bali the first time not knowing exactly what you’d find. I hope somewhere along the way, you found a little more of yourself.

Our Homecoming Retreat is an invitation to return. Not to the woman you were then, but to the woman you are now.

To celebrate how far you’ve come, to deepen what you’ve already discovered and to get ready for whatever’s coming next.

If you’d love to join us, please tell me which 2027 dates you would genuinely consider joining. There’s no commitment at this stage. Your response will help me decide which retreat date/s to confirm.

I would absolutely love to welcome you home to Bali and share this next chapter with you.
