Retreat away for 3 nights to our Hamptons Hinterland Wellness Retreat and the opportunity to reconnect to your own wellbeing, joy and happiness without the distractions of the outside world. 

You will enjoy a blissful few days in the Gold Coast hinterland, taking the time to nourish our mind, body and soul with daily yoga and meditation practices, an abundance of organic and healing high vibrational foods, hot stone massages, time in nature with a day trip to Sprinbrook Falls and world famous Lamington National Park as well as time for quiet self reflection so you can gain the clarity to realign areas of your life so you can step back into your life joyful, energised and inspired for what’s to come next.   

As women we tend to carry a very heavy load. Society challenges us to constantly be productive and do more, be more and this constant striving increases our mental load, feeling the weight of all those expectations on our shoulders and we do our best to keep up, juggling all those balls, keeping all those tabs open in our head. We are meant to hold it all together, not just for ourselves but for everyone around us as well.

I got far more from my retreat experience than I actually ever thought was possible. I stopped and put my phone down and I was surprised that I didn’t miss it. I had my first experience with meditation and I learnt how to calm my mind and started to see how I can control my thoughts. There are so many tips and things that I will be taking back with me in my home life. Just small changes that I will be able to make on a day to day basis for me and my family. How do I book a room with a friend?

There is a notes section in the booking process where you can indicate the name of the person you’d like to share a room with.

What is not included in the package price?

Costs involved in getting to and from the retreat venue and any additional drinks you may want to bring with you to enjoy over the retreat weekend  

What is your cancellation policy?

You can download our booking terms and conditions here 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do! To confirm your spot we require a $400 deposit. The remainder of the amount can be paid in instalments in the lead up to the retreat date. All payments need to be made 1 week prior to the retreat date.  

What if the retreat can't go ahead because of Covid-19?

You will be given a credit note which can be used for another retreat within 12 months of the cancelled retreat. Please see our terms and conditions here
